Floral Life

Flowers are usually cut near the peak of their life. This means, they are cut at the stem when they are ready to bloom. The life of the flower has a time to transform from a tight bud and open to a full bloom. Most flowers have an average life 7 day life cycle.

At what stage blooming flowers are placed into an arrangement depends on the event or purpose of the floral arrangement. Therefore from events to lobby pieces, your flowers will take on a different look. We will discuss the lifeline of each arrangement and suggest products appropriate to your needs. We always recommend a one week life cycle to ensure flowers, receiving limited care, are displayed in the peak condition.

Short-hour notice

Petals n Buds is a full service florist offering you the convenience of ordering arrangements with short notice. That means, if you have a client that you wish to acknowledge or staff member who just had a baby, we can design this for you in the same day.
