1. Rental Pricing

The catalog lists every product with two values: RV (Replacement Value) or V (Purchase Value).  Rentals include full service cleaning and/or exchange, where appropriate, for the service or event.

2. Purchase Pricing

You have the option to purchase your own containers to save you 30% per table, per visit. Please discuss all purchase options and requirements with us, as different floral services have different rates as well as responsibilities.

3. Delivery / Pick-Up

We operate out of Bear Mountain and may charge 50c/kil for delivery, with some flexibility. We will calculate this charge upon the first delivery, and will be fixed over the lifetime of your service contract.

4. Maintenance

Petals n Buds takes responsibility of washing all rented containers. We will remove and return products quickly and seamlessly, we may only request the use of drain buckets.

5. Delivery and Turnover

We understand set-up and turnover times & arrangements are unique to each venue, therefore we will discuss all details with you at the time we enter into an agreement.

5. Responsibility

Responsibility for rented items remains with the lessee from time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from breakage. Replacement charges are made for missing, damaged or broken items.
